Creates routine and develops good habits - Establishes a schedule athletes crave, instills behaviors and work ethic to prepare for the return to their teams
Provides connection to other Athletes - Vital in these isolating times 
Recording of Workouts - Posted to a password protected page in case you miss a day

Don't limit your athlete to a generic workout or Youtube video and hope they get it right.

Weekly Plan is $39 PER FAMILY (Siblings are free!) and includes all 3 sessions
All classes for the week will be recorded and made available on a secure, password protected member portal for one week, just in case you miss one.
Drop-Ins for single classes is $25
