HOME EFFORT EXERCISES
At /athlete, we've devised our "Home Effort" program to facilitate building the better athlete. It takes your child beyond the coach sessions, creating accountability between coach and athlete, and developing their sense of responsibility.
Home Effort can range from a scant 5 minute workout to a full-fledged, 'sweat 'til you puke' effort, and it's designed to create consistency, improve technique, and trigger desire, resilience, responsibility, and grit in your athlete.
