Join /athlete on Sundays in July (10th, 17th, 24th, 31st) for workouts designed to prepare soccer players to return to their clubs and get ready for High School tryouts.


Each session will be a combination of speed/agility/stability/strength work as well as technical and tactical soccer training, all in a fun, supportive and competitive environment.


The sessions are open to all High School-aged athletes who play on Girls soccer teams and designed to improve athlete's form and technique, while building explosiveness and durability.

All Sessions will be at VNSO Park (14201 Huston St, Sherman Oaks). We will meet on the Turf Fields, or just to the west of them on the Hartsook (north end) of the park.



Speed and Agility training will be led by Coach Tom Hoffman, CSAC, CPT

Soccer training will be led by Coach Pablo Diaz (July 10) & Coach Sam Ponting (July 17, 24, 31)
